This year, the FGRA Addictions Committee authorized a re-election. At the time, experts from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National PolytechnicInstitute (Cinvestav),Youth Integration Centers, A.C. (ICJ) and the Institute for Addiction Care and Prevention in Mexico City (IAPA) were worked on. Later, the main experts in the area reviewed and validated the information.

Epidemiological data and new thematic axes were updated, such as: new psychoactive substances, public policies, traditional and emerging challenges, gender focus on addiction care, in addition to improving its design and changing the title to facilitate its reading and make the text more exclusive.
