Guidelines for the Evaluation of Drug Prevention: A Manual for Programme Planners and Evaluators is a publication by the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA).
It is the second edition of the 1998 EMCDDA Guidelines, originally intended to facilitate project leaders in the evaluation of substance use interventions.
This document contains information on new methods, concepts and examples of current drug prevention initiatives, as well as an updated framework for evaluation.
