Webinar | Psychological Capital: Substance Use Disorder and Recovery process
On October 2nd 2020, ISSUP Pakistan presented a Webinar on the topic of Psychological Capital.
Psychological Capital (PsyCap) is defined as “an individual’s positive psychological state of development” (Fred Luthans, et al., 2007). It is characterized by having high levels of HERO; The four elements of Hope, (Self-) Efficacy, Resilience, and Optimism. In this interactive webinar, Dr. Uzma Ali will explain how these factors play a major role during the recovery process of person with SUD.
