Women, Religion, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Stigma

ISSUP Kenya presents their webinar on Women, Religion, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Stigma.

The event aims to highlight the impact of stigma on women with SUD, explore the unique aspects of addiction among women, and highlight the intersectionality between women, religion, SUD and stigma.

Understanding of the significance of these connections is essential for developing effective strategies to support women in their recovery journeys, reduce barriers to treatment and promote inclusive and compassionate strategies.

The webinar is intended for mental health practitioners, ISSUP members, policy makers, religious leaders and any other interested parties.
