Submit Your Plenary Session Proposal for the 2025 NIDA International Forum in New Orleans, Louisiana

Save the date! The 2025 NIDA International Forum will take place as an in-person meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, June 13-14, 2025. The Forum will be held in conjunction with the 2025 College on Problems of Drug Dependence Annual Scientific Meeting, taking place June 14-18, 2025.
The NIDA International Program is now accepting proposals for plenary sessions. We invite submissions that align with and are guided by NIDA’s 2022-2026 Strategic Plan.
The proposal submission must include the following details:
- Organizer First and Last Name
- Organizer Email
- Organizer Organization and Country
- Proposed Session Title
- Proposed Session Length
- Abstract (max 400 words)
- Proposed Presenters*
*All presenters must be available to attend and participate in the Forum in person. This meeting will not have a virtual component, and recorded presentations will not be accepted.
Travel awards for presenters are limited and we cannot guarantee the availability of financial support for accepted plenary session proposals. Additional information on speaker support will be communicated in selection notices.
