LGBTQ+ people are more likely to drink excessively compared to heterosexual and cisgender people. Perceived barriers in accessing alcohol services may further increase alcohol-related harm. However, there is limited evidence on what constitutes a meaningful and helpful LGBT+ alcohol service.
