Evolution of SerD intervention between new needs and early approach

Changes in phenomena are now a "mantra" when it comes to harmful consumption and addictions.
The next consideration is how diagnostic and care services respond to these changes in their operations. The virtual edition conference addresses the roots in which the complexity of the addiction universe is rooted, primarily from a public health perspective. The issue of health inequalities and conditions such as stigma and prejudice are preliminary and very influencing for any approach to the patient in this area. The meaning and limitations of the early approach are addressed both theoretically in the operation of SerDs with a focus on the new pharmacological tools coming for the treatment of drug addiction. Some topical issues, such as new stimulant drugs, the appearance of fentanyl, digital addictions, which impact SerDs and require a remodulation of the intervention, are addressed starting from research applied in SerD and the School, and theoretical analysis. New needs require collaborative networks between health sectors, professionals
and scientific societies: the conference analyzes the relationships with the social private in the field of harm reduction, with the area of emergency and urgency for heartacy, with mental health for early intervention in
infectious diseases and hepatologies for the screening, diagnosis and treatment of Hepatitis C and AIDS.
