Farid Talih, M.D.  ABPN ABAM

Dr. Farid Talih is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the American University of Beirut (AUB). Dr. Talih joined the AUB Medical School and graduated in 2001.  After medical school, Dr Talih joined the Cleveland Clinic (United Sates) and completed his residency training in Psychiatry, afterwards Dr Talih completed more specialized training in sleep disorders and addiction medicine.  Dr Talih is American board certified in Psychiatry, Sleep medicine, and Addiction medicine.  His interests include innovation in psychiatry and research in sleep and addiction, as well as Burnout in health care professionals.  

Dr Talih is published in peer reviewed international scientific journals. Dr Talih is the Director of the psychiatry medical education program, the psychiatry inpatient unit and the Substance Abuse program at the psychiatry department at AUBMC.
