Sociologist with a specialization in International Relations, Master's in International Cooperation and Integration, Master's in Prevention and Support for Addictive Behaviors, Diploma in Development Cooperation.With broad knowledge of social problems, research, and international cooperation.
Over 15 years of national and international experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of policies, projects, and strategies in the field of drugs with comprehensive prevention approaches, education, and socio-economic development. Also has experience in the design and redesign of higher education programs, and management of vulnerable groups.
Currently she is the National Drug Commissioner of Ecuador and Secretary of the Inter-institutional Drug Committee of the Ministry of Health of that country, leading the process of national coordination and strengthening of drug policy.
