Description:

Measures of social isolation can exacerbate pre-existing situations of inequality, barriers to access and deficits in the quality of services. But they can also be an opportunity to deepen the reform of mental health services and toxics that can respond to the effectiveness of the pandemic and post-pandemic diseases.

Among other teaching positions, he is a regular professor for the opposition competition and the training of the Chair of Public Health and Mental Health at the University of Buenos Aires. I faculty of psychology, since 2005.

Between 2009 and 2015, he was an advisor to the Mental Health and Addiction Directorate of the Argentine Ministry of Health.
He worked between 2015 and 2019 at the Argentine Nation's Global Drug Policy Secretariat (SEDRONAR), where he was coordinator of the treatment and social repetition strategies area and was appointed representative of SEDRONAR's COPOLAD part of the criteria and quality testing project; and was a representative of the Interdepartmental Commission on Mental Health Addictions and Policies.
He is currently a councillor with the Office of the Ombudsman of the City of Buenos Aires.

He is the author of numerous articles and books on mental health and public policy
