One of the most relevant topics of the second session of the UTC Training of Trainers (ToT), held during February 2019 and organized by CICAD, was 'Case Management.' The first session of the Training of Trainers in UTC for English-speaking Caribbean member states was held at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC from October 22-26, 2018. A total of 18 participants attended this training: 9 participants from Caribbean Member States (the Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Guyana, Jamaica, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and St. Kitts and Nevis) and 9 participants from U.S. institutions and universities.
