Commissioner for Prevention and Treatment – Drug Control and Enforcement Authority (DCEA), Tanzania
He has been working in the field of prevention and treatment for more than 5 years. Since then he is the chief coordinator for programs relating to prevention and treatment in the country. He is a physician by profession.
Dr Elizabeth Njani – ISSUP Kenya
Clinical Psychologist, Global Master Trainer on UPC and UTC
Dr Elizabeth Njani is a specialist in metal health management with a bias in addiction management. She has more than 20 years in conducting trainings, more than 15 years in substance addiction treatment and about 10 years in prevention. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Her goal is to create a difference in the lives of persons with mental health challenges. She also hold ICAP credentials
Dr. Omary Ubuguyu
Assistant Director - Non-Communicable Diseases, Ministry of Health – Tanzania
Psychiatrist. Dr, Ubuguyu has been working in the field of non-communicable diseases to include addiction and mental illness for many years since was a psychiatrist in the Ministry of Health. He also hold ICAP credentials.
