I have completed UTC 16 course on 3rd December. I had applied for certificate as directed in the course completion format, but didn't receive any certificate in m mail ID yet.

The self-led courses are hosted by our partners ‘healtheknowledge.org’ and Colombo Plan. Upon completing the course, participants fill out a request form and their certificate is emailed to them by Colombo Plan to their preferred user email address via cpdaponlinelearninghub [at] colombo-plan [dot] org (cpdaponlinelearninghub[at]colombo-plan[dot]org) not exceeding one week from the date of completion.
