The Cochrane Collaboration is one of the world’s most respected and trusted sources of health and healthcare evidence for clinicians and practitioners, policymakers, guideline producers, researchers and for patients and carers.

Cochrane’s Editor in Chief leads the editorial development of the Cochrane Library and related Cochrane content to ensure that they achieve our goal of offering high-quality, relevant, up-to-date systematic reviews and other synthesized research evidence to inform health decision making around the world.

With a background in health research or biomedical statistics or health publishing, the new Editor in Chief will have established leadership experience in an editorial role within a relevant organisation.
