Continuum of Care in Recovery

This is a good topic to explore. Not all people who underwent treatment and confinement and all the nitty gritty details attached with it are not getting the proper attention and action that needs to be given in a customized manner. Most of them especially those who can afford are treated differently than those who underwent and sought assistance to their local or even national government for help. In my opinion, there should be one curriculum or treatment plan that needs to be followed by private and public institutions established to help those people, including myself, who is in recovery since it is a lifetime journey and process and educating "normal" people about the science of addiction and stop stigma and bullying for those people who is trying so hard to get out of the reality that addiction in any form is a relapsing brain disease and people suffering with it should be looked at differently as if we are sick like the case of hypertension and diabetis which cannot be treated but managed once a person suffering is already aware.
