ISSUP Kenya and the United States International University - Africa co-hosted a webinar to mark World Mental Health Day 2023. The theme is 'Substance Use Prevention: A Responsive Strategy to Enhance Mental Health in Kenya'.
ISSUP Kenya Executive Committee members had the privilege to meet with the Parliamentary Caucas against Drug and Substance Abuse. The meeting yielded rich and positive deliberations which culminated in a partnership agreement between both parties.
ISSUP Kenya is now an active player in the activities of the caucus in Kenya. The goal of the partnership is to collaborate in responding to the national agenda of substance use prevention and reduce the disease burden caused by SUDs.
